The drugs still probably weakened her respiratory and cardiovascular system, it is what they do. Maybe she went into cardiac arrest as she slept due to a cardiovascular disease. Or maybe she went into respiratory arrest, due to something like Emphysema which is common with smokers of all sorts…which is sad because nobody with so much potential deserves that. Nobody.
